Job Summary

The Analyst is responsible for the creation and release of contracts. The Analyst must check every stage of writing to ensure the contract is correct and the contract writing process and documents are correctly named, filed, and documented. The Analyst requires a superb attention to detail as well as a solid understanding of department processes and procedures. This position will liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business, such as Sr. Analysts and Managers.

 

Essential Functions

  • Generate contracts using the in-house contract development tool
  • Perform complex data entry in various systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Review data and contracts as a part of the 4-eye release principle
  • Run and maintain reports as requested by upper management
  • Conduct meetings and trainings including preparation and documentation
  • Conduct projects without errors in deadline-driven environment
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners
  • Assist with the development of processes and Training Materials (manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, project plans)
  • Assist with training of other team members on occasion
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Familiarity with retail industry and relevant legal requirements
  • Ability to evaluate processes for optimization purposes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail

 

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1– 2 years of experience in related field required

 

Physical Job Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary (standing and/or seated) position more than half the time
  • The person in this position may need to move about the store(s), distribution center(s), warehouse(s), and/or corporate office(s) less than half the time
  • This position operates machinery and/or equipment that requires the constant use of hands/fingers/wrists (ex: typing, operating the Point of Sale system, etc.) all of the time
  • This position requires the ability to spend all of the time viewing computer monitors
  • The person in this position must be able to identify and distinguish between colors more than half the time

 

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires overnight domestic travel less than 25% of the time
  • This position requires overnight international travel less than 25% of the time
  • Anticipated travel will be by car, air, and/or train
